Digicall Assist app for iPhone and iPad

The Digicall Assist mobile application has been developed to make claiming easier without the hassle of staying on the line for half an hour or more.

This application will have the following benefit:

• Submitting an accident claim with all necessary details including third party details.
• Take pictures of all angles of both vehicles and submit via the application.
• Request emergency services such as home assistance, roadside assistance, legal assistance, etc. (Dependant on personal cover).
• Panic button for emergency medical situations.
• Live access to policy wording and cover limits.
• Both call the call centre and call me back services available.
• Update personal policy details
